This online programme has been developed for nurses working across Shropshire and Telford, in recognition of the vital role you play in early health education, prevention and support for young people and families.
The course brings together nutrition science, exercise physiology, lifestyle factors and reproductive health, with the aim of supporting confident, evidence based conversations in everyday clinical and public health settings. The focus throughout is on practical understanding, realistic messaging and approaches that reflect the communities you work with.
